Lenten Services: Weekly worship services
celebrating the Lent season. Starting from Ash
Wednesday through Good Friday evening. Each
week we rotate to a different community church
and enjoy the preaching, worship, and
fellowship of the Saints.

Holy Convocation: An annual gathering of the
AACC member churches in reinforcing our
covenant to be united. Workshops, meetings,
and evening worship services highlight the
weekend.

Pastors Council: Monthly meetings of the
leaders of the member congregations to
provide support, hear community concerns,
and plan for the future of the AACC.

African American Health Network: AAHN is a
community based organization of health
professionals and community advocates
dedicated to promoting health education,
healthy lifestyles, and self-advocacy among
African Americans in Dane County .

The Witness Project® is a culturally proficient
community-based cancer education program
through which cancer survivors and lay health
advisors increase awareness, knowledge,
screening and early detection behaviors in
African American and medically underserved
women in an effort to reduce the mortality and
morbidity rate of cancer.

Our combined health priorities include asthma,
cancer, HIV/AIDS, health care access and
mental health.
